Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Check-in was chaotic as rooms were delayed. Enjoyed the spacious room with a nice view but wished the coffee bar had better availability. Breakfast had good options, but service needed to be faster. Consider arriving later if you want a smoother check-in experience.

Dude, the restaurant's food was off the charts! I had some amazing grilled salmon and the fries were crispy perfection. Plus, the bar staff were legends. They really knew how to mix a drink and create a vibe worth sticking around for. The location was spot on too, close to all the local eats like City Barbeque and Blaze Pizza!
On the flip side, check-in was awkward since the front desk just stared at us like we were from outer space. Parking felt funky too—paying for a lot not owned by the hotel is a first for me.

Excellent outdoor pool, proximity to local attractions, spacious conference rooms
The check-in process needs clear signage on the second floor!!! It's also odd to have to pay for parking in a lot not owned by the hotel!!!

During my stay, I loved being just a few steps away from the beautiful UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens, which offered a lovely escape for a peaceful walk amongst the flowers, and I also appreciated the polite front desk staff who were always ready to assist. The hotel's restaurant served amazing food, which really made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

Great spot for the UNC game—just a stroll to the field! The Double Queen Room was spacious, had air conditioning, a fridge, and good natural light. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after a long day and there were sun loungers available to relax. Definitely a solid option if you’re in the area!

Good proximity to local attractions streamlined my plans—being close to sports events added a nice touch. The outdoor pool helped cool off after a long day, making it an unexpected highlight.
Checking in felt awkward with no help from the staff while I waited as their system was on the fritz. Parking was a concern. the space next door cost extra and seemed odd for a hotel. I also noticed walls were thin—it was hard to ignore every loud neighbor, and there were interruptions that could’ve been avoided if soundproofing was better. Room issues like a non-functional refrigerator made it frustrating when I just wanted to grab a cold drink. Charging my corporate card daily caught me off guard. it felt like a surprise hit on my finances. Additionally, I asked for laundry service that never happened, which was disappointing over my longer stay.

Clean hotel with a nice pool, but limited bar snacks available late.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11helpful staffconvenient locationaccommodating restaurantlimited breakfast optionsparking confusion
My stay was enjoyable, especially at the bar where the staff were helpful. I appreciated the convenient location, as I didn’t have to drive far for my concert. The check-in process had its quirks, but it was manageable. As someone who enjoys exploring local food, I found the restaurant staff accommodating.
I did find that breakfast options were limited late at night, and I struggled a bit with the parking situation as it was not directly associated with the hotel. The check-in area was hard to locate initially, which added to the confusion.
